Summary of enhancements and new functionality
The following enhancements were made:
- Experts can now see the complete history of questions that are delegated to them, including retractions and redelegations across expert groups, giving the experts full context for the question for which they have been to propose an answer.
- Buyers' followup questions now are immediately visible to Q&A coordinators, as well as to the experts to whom the questions were delegated.
- Intralinks' Document Analyzer feature will be available by default for all VDRs created on or after September 26, 2025. VDRs for use cases other than M&A will no longer have access to Document Analyzer.
- A new AI-driven chat tool has been added to VDRPro, allowing users to get help from the Intralinks Support Center without leaving the screen they are using in VDRPro. The new chat tool provides a faster, more seamless experience for users while allowing them to remain in the screen where they are working.
