The Document Access Summary by Group report lets you see which documents each buyer group has viewed and the documents they are permitted to access but have not viewed yet. Onetime reports show data from deal launch to the date the report was generated. For recurring reports, you can select the frequency of the report.

  1. Display the deal you want to work with.

    If you are viewing another deal, click the DealCentre AI icon DCAI product icon.png in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list. Select the deal you want.

  2. Click the Analytics icon DCAI analytics icon.png on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click Reports. The Standard Reports view should be displayed.
  4. Next to Document Access Summary by Group, click Select.
  5. In the Choose Buyer Groups field, select the groups for which you want to generate the report or select Select All
  6. Click Create Report.
  7. To create a one-off report, click One-Time Report. To create a recurring report, click Scheduled Report.
  8. In the Report Name field, enter a name for the report.
  9. For recurring reports, select whether to deliver the report daily, weekly or monthly, and select the time in UTC to deliver the report.
  10. Click Create Report.
  11. A message is displayed when the report is ready. Click Download in the message to download the report or, for scheduled reports, in the Actions column, click the download icon DCAI report download icon.png.

Download a scheduled report

Scheduled reports are available for download for 90 days.

  1. Display the deal you want to work with.

    If you are viewing another deal, click the DealCentre AI icon DCAI product icon.png in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list. Select the deal you want.

  2. Click the Analytics icon DCAI analytics icon.png on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click Reports.
  4. Click View Generated Reports.
  5. To see only your reports, move the Show only my reports toggle to the right.
  6. From the Actions column for the report you want to download, click the download icon DCAI report download icon.png.
