Summary of enhancements and new functionality

October 28, 2025

The following enhancements have been made for Onboarding:

Enable Onboarding in bulk

GPs can now enable onboarding for multiple investors at once from the Fund > Investments and the Investors > Investments view. This feature reduces manual efforts and improves efficiency by introducing a multi-select option that applies identical Subscription Document and Due Date settings to all selected investors. However, if required the settings can be configured for individual investors.

Custom logo display in LP view

GPs can display their existing custom logos from InvestorVision within the FundCentre Onboarding LP view. This update ensures a consistent experience across FundCentre, InvestorVision, and Onboarding by showing the same logo to LPs.

Usability improvements

The following improvements are introduced across the Onboarding LP view:

  • Auto-formatting Investment Amount field - The Investment Amount field now adds separators automatically while typing. This update makes amounts easier to read and reduces input errors.
  • Enhancements to Investor qualification fields - The investor qualification fields, Accredited Investor, Qualified Purchases, Qualified Client have been updated to dropdown selectors for easier selection and consistency. These fields are applicable for LPs with a registered address in the United States.
  • Introducing new Doc Group - A new Doc Group, General, is available and allows LPs to upload additional supporting documents. LPs can use this section for items such as Contact Sheets and Banking Details that do not fit standard AML or KYC categories. This update makes document organization more flexible.
  • Joint Other and Joint Spouses Investor Type Views - The Investor Types, Joint Other and Joint Spouses, now follow the same format as the Individual Investor Type. This update ensures consistency in how investor information is recorded and displayed.
