Summary of enhancements and new functionality

November 12, 2025

The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre AI:

Advisory and Corporate Development (CorpDev) Experience

Q&A action status column

A new Action Status column is now added to Q&A for Q&A administrators and sell-side subject matter experts (SMEs). This column shows workflow statuses such as Delegated and Proposed

  • Questions assigned to an SME are marked as Delegated.
  • Questions proposed by an SME are marked as Proposed.

Additionally, the column can be filtered to find and act on questions by their current status. This enhancement helps Q&A administrators track question ownership and progress through the Q&A workflow.

Q&A buyer question visibility

Buyers can now see all questions proposed by members of their current buyer group. When members switch groups, they can only see questions from that new group. They can no longer see questions from their previous groups.

This change reduces duplicate questions and maintains confidentiality across different buyer groups.

Access Management screen update

The Edit button is removed from all manage access screens. Deal Administrators can now update permissions on the Buyers Access, Deal Team Access, and Sellers Access screens without clicking Edit. This change allows permissions to be updated in fewer steps.

Updated DCAI notification emails

The DCAI notification emails now include links to the Intralinks mobile app and the Support Center. You can access the mobile app or contact support directly from the email.

Linked Document Requests to Documents in Preparation

Documents Requests and Documents are now linked in the Preparation area. Deal administrators can click the document count in Documents column in Document Request. This displays the corresponding document folder in Documents. The view is filtered to show only files received through that specific request. This change helps deal administrators track submitted document requests and confirm what has been received.

Confirmation step for deal close

A confirmation step is now shown before closing a deal. This step includes a warning message that deal closure is permanent and cannot be undone. Deal administrators must confirm before completing the deal close action. This change ensures that deals are only closed intentionally.

Messages for unavailable dashboard data

Dashboard widgets now show a message when deal data is not yet available.

  • When a deal is created, widgets show a message explaining that deal data is available once the deal goes live.
  • Buyer activity and usage data is available when the deal goes live.
  • Marketing data is available after the first email is generated.

These messages help deal team members understand why data is missing and when it will appear.

Document access summary by group report

A new report is available that shows which buyer groups have accessed each document. Deal administrators can see which documents have been accessed or remain not accessed across all buyer groups. This change helps deal administrators to review document access by buyer groups in one place.

Bulk redaction enhancements

The following enhancements were introduced for bulk redaction:

Bulk rename documents

A new Rename Documents section is available in the Redact Documents window. Deal administrators can add a short suffix (up to 32 characters) to redacted document names and preview the resulting name. This change allows deal administrators to identify redacted document versions and apply naming updates in bulk.

Bulk unredact

A Remove Redaction option is now available in the bulk actions menu when one or more redacted documents are selected. The system automatically identifies renamed redacted documents and removes the appended suffix when redaction is cleared. This change allows deal administrators unredact multiple documents at once.

Redaction status auto-refresh

The Redaction column now automatically shows real-time redaction status for each PDF without refreshing the browser. This change gives deal administrators visibility into progress while bulk redaction is in progress. If a redaction is skipped, the system provides the reason so deal administrators can take appropriate action.

CorpDev Experience

Redesigned Q&A slide-out

The Q&A slide-out has a new layout.

  • The action buttons, Answer, Close, and Delegate on the Overview tab are now moved to the bottom of the panel for easier access.
  • The Q&A Workflow is available in a dedicated tab. Q&A administrators can view workflow separately while reviewing questions and answers.

The new layout improves readability for longer responses in the Q&A process.

Link suggested answers

Link suggested answers are now available in Q&A for Q&A administrators through the slide-out panel. Link automatically generates a suggested answer for each question using deal documents. Q&A administrators can accept, edit, copy, or disregard the suggested answer.

Q&A administrators can now respond faster and provide consistent answers across the deal.
