  1. Click the VIA icon on the top-left of the screen.
  2. On the Workspaces page, review the list of workspaces shared with you.
  3. Click a workspace name to open it.
  4. Use search or filters to find specific workspaces.

Expiring a workspace immediately removes access for all non-owner users. Only owners will retain workspace access after expiry.

  1. Click the VIA icon on the top-left of the screen.
  2. On the Workspaces page, click the workspace name.
  3. Click the gear icon at the top of the page next to the workspace name.
  4. Select Expire Workspace. A confirmation dialog appears.
  5. Click Expire to confirm.

Important! Expiring a workspace is irreversible. Non-owner users will immediately lose access. Download any required files before proceeding.

Only owners can delete a workspace. Once deleted, a workspace can't be recovered. Make sure all important content is backed up or transferred before deletion.

  1. Click the VIA icon on the top-left of the screen.
  2. On the Workspaces page, click the workspace name.
  3. Click the gear icon at the top of the page next to the workspace name.
  4. Select Delete Workspace. A confirmation dialog appears.
  5. Check the box: I understand that this action cannot be undone.
  6. Click Delete to permanently remove the workspace.
