The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre AI:
Third Party role in Users and Groups
Multiple Third Party user groups can be added to a deal from Users And Groups by deal administrators. This feature enables deal administrators to invite external co-advisors or third-party users. These users support deal execution with near-full access to documents and reporting while maintaining restrictive access to sensitive administrative settings. This enhancement enables secure collaboration with external users with control over permissions, access management, and group creation in complex M&A deals.
Redesigned Q&A slide-out
The Q&A module now has a redesigned slide-out panel for cleaner navigation.
- The action buttons, Answer, Close, and Delegate on the Overview tab are now located at the bottom for better accessibility.
- The Q&A Workflow is moved to a dedicated tab to maintain context for administrators.
The updated design supports enhanced readability for longer responses and improved navigation for Q&A process.
Link suggested answers
Link suggested answers are now available in Q&A for Q&A administrators in the Q&A slide-out panel. AI automatically generates a suggested answer for each question based on deal documents. Q&A administrators can accept, edit, copy or disregard the AI-generated suggested answer. This enhancement improves the Q&A process by enabling Q&A administrators to respond faster and provide consistent answers across the deal.
Ask Link enhancements
The following visual enhancements were introduced for Ask Link:
- The Index for documents is now displayed as the first column in all the access management areas, if indexing is enabled. This enhancement improves clarity and maintains consistency for deal documents and permissions.
- Document ID is displayed in Ask Link beside referenced documents in answers. Document IDs remain linked when answers are copied. This enhancement reduces back-and-forth and allows for reliable document verification.
- The Additional question suggestions are now left-aligned offering a cleaner and consistent interface.
