The Deal List Analytics view helps you visualize and interact with deal data. Instead of just seeing a list, you can view charts that show patterns and totals across all your deals. You can use quick filters for your deals so you can answer questions fast without building reports.
With the Deal List Analytics view, you can:
- Switch between list and analytics views.
- Use charts to explore deals by different categories.
- Drill down into data with a single click.
How to display the Deal List Analytics view
Display the deals list.
If you are viewing a deal, click the DealCentre AI icon
in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list.
- Select the toggle to change from Deal List view
to the Deal List Analytics view

How to view the charts
Charts
The available charts are:
| Chart | Chart Type | Description |
| Deals by Country | Heat map | Shows the number of deals categorized by country. Darker shades indicate higher deal volume in a given country. |
| Deals by Status | Vertical bar chart | Shows the number of deals categorized by deal status. For example, Contract Received, Live. |
| Deals by Industry | Vertical bar chart | Shows the number of deals categorized by industry. For example, Energy, Telecommunications. |
| Deals by Stage | Pie chart | Shows the number of deals categorized by deal stage. For example, Initial Discussions, Contract Signing. |
| Deals by Value | Donut chart | Shows the number of deals categorized by deal value. For example, $200M-500M, $1B. |
| Deals by Type | Horizontal bar chart | Shows the number of deals categorized by deal type. For example, Corporate Divestitures, Joint Ventures. |
View charts and apply filters
The charts summarize key deal data in a compact format. Each card is interactive. You can hover a segment to see specific values or percentages.
Apply Filter
Click on any chart segment. For example, click a bar or pie slice to display the deal list filtered by that selection. The deal list shows detailed records that match the criteria selected by you.
For example, clicking the Energy bar in the Deals by Industry chart displays a filtered list of deals in the Energy industry.
- The active filter is displayed in the top-right, next to the toggle.
- Remove the filter to display the deals list.
