The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre AI:
Deal lifecycle navigation
A new simplified navigation is now available in DealCentre AI. The new design is more closely aligned with the real-world deal execution making it easier for users to follow the process. The user interface offers a clear and efficient workflow to improve the user experience.
The following table outlines the updated menu structure and the contents available under each section:

| Marketing | Outreaches, Internal Documents, Contacts |
| Preparation | Documents, Seller Access, Document Reports |
| Diligence | Documents, Buyer Access, Q&A |
| Close | Close Deal, Order Archive |
| Users and Groups | Renamed from People tab (functionality unchanged) |
| Analytics | Dashboard, Reports, Activity Log |

Bulk AI Redaction
The new AI bulk redaction feature enables advisors to redact multiple PDF files simultaneously. You can redact up to 100 PDFs in a single run with support for files of up to 500 pages each. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual redactions and offers a faster, cost-effective solution for handling sensitive information in bulk.
Deal List Analytics view
A new Deal List Analytics view is added to the deal list for advisors. You can use interactive charts that help you quickly understand patterns and totals across your deals. You can filter data and share clear, visual updates with others as needed. This view makes it easier to answer questions quickly without running extra reports.
AI Ask Link bulk upload questions
The new AI Ask Link bulk upload questions feature lets advisors handle many buyer questions at once. Instead of answering questions manually, you can now upload an Excel file with up to 100 questions., each with maximum 500 characters. Each Excel file can have multiple worksheets. Ask Link AI scans all deal documents and creates a Word file with each question, an AI-generated answer, and locations of the source documents. This makes responses faster, more consistent, and easier to share.
Expand AI-generated tables
You can now expand AI-generated tables in Ask Link and AI summaries. You can use the Expand Table button on AI-generated table responses. This feature makes large tables easier to read, scroll, and copy.

The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre AI:
Reports: Views, downloads, and bulk downloads
Reports now distinguish between document views, downloads, and bulk downloads. This provides deal teams greater visibility into buyer activity. Additionally, this helps enforce compliance.
Configuring Q&A administrators
- Advisors will no longer be automatically treated as Q&A administrators. Instead, Q&A administrator rights can be assigned to specific advisors at the deal level. Advisors can now assign Q&A administrator rights to themselves or other team members.
- Q&A administrators have control over Q&A settings, question delegation, answering, and closing questions. Advisors without these rights can still see the Q&A tab and submitted questions, but only in view-only mode.
These changes ensure that only designated individuals manage Q&A workflows, routing, and permissions. These updates reduce confusion and keep control of the Q&A process in the hands of the right people.
Manual delegation to seller SMEs
- Buyer questions will no longer be sent automatically to all seller administrators. Q&A administrators will now delegate buyer questions directly to selected seller users or groups.
- The selected seller users are notified. They can view the questions and either draft or propose an answer.
This gives Q&A administrators control over the Q&A participation and ensures only the right seller users are involved in answering buyer questions.
AI Similar Questions page
- A new AI Similar Questions page is available in Q&A. It automatically groups duplicate or related questions from different buyers.
- Each similar questions group shows key details such as question ID, category, question, and buyer group. Questions that do not match any group appear in the All Others group.
This enhancement makes it easier for Q&A administrators to review and manage repetitive buyer questions and ensures consistent answers across the deal.
Bulk proposed questions summary email
- Submitters will now receive a single summary email when questions are bulk imported by a proposer, instead of multiple individual notifications.
- The consolidated summary email covers all the imported questions.
This change reduces inbox clutter and makes notifications easier to track for the bulk imported questions.
Ability to close answered questions
Advisors can now mark buyer questions as closed in two ways:
- Answer and Close: When answering a question, advisors can select Answer and Close. The system updates the status to Closed.
- Advisors can also close an already answered question by selecting Close.
This change keeps Q&A organized by clearly marking questions that no longer need attention.

The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre AI:
Improved visibility of key columns on Manage Access screens
The ID and Title columns are now fixed in place on the Manage Access screens in the Preparation and Diligence areas under Documents. This allows users to easily track the document details while managing permissions for multiple documents at once.
Pinned Actions column for improved access
The Actions column is now pinned to the Documents grid on the Manage Access screens in the Preparation and Diligence areas. This change keeps the column visible when scrolling and allows users to perform key actions with ease.
