Applies to: Q&A administrators
As a Q&A administrator, you can set a limit on the number of questions each buyer group can submit in the Q&A workflow. This keeps the number of questions manageable, avoids duplicates, and helps the deal team respond faster. For more information, see How to set up Q&A.
Question limits
- The default limit is 100 questions per buyer
- The maximum limit is 10,000 questions per buyer
- The question limit applies to both single question submissions and bulk upload or import submissions
- Buyers can upload or import up to 4000 questions per submission
- If a buyer reaches the limit, they cannot submit new questions until the limit is increased
- If an upload exceeds the allowed question limit, the Submit button is disabled and upload cannot proceed
- If the limit is set to 0, the buyer group cannot submit any questions
- An info icon shows the number of submitted questions for each buyer group
Updating question limits
- Q&A administrators can change question limits
- Limits can be increased at any time in the Q&A workflow
- A limit cannot be lowered if the current limit is already reached
- Increasing the question limit also affects bulk uploads or imports and allows for submission of additional questions
