The following enhancements have been made for DealCentre:
Q&A for deal collaboration
You can now manage Q&A during deals using the new Q&A feature in DealCentre.
Q&A features include:
- Q&A administrators (Advisors) set up the Q&A workflow. They assign question submitters for buyer groups and answer the submitted questions.
- All buyers can propose questions.
- Question submitters can submit questions.
- Seller - subject matter experts can propose answers.
- AI helps avoid duplicate questions.
Copy AI responses with formatting
You can now copy an Ask Link-generated response exactly as it appears. The new Copy feature ensures the formatting of the response remains intact. With one click, you can now copy the response with all formatting preserved including headers, bullet points, tables, and references. This reduces time spent fixing formatting or restoring missing elements. You can copy the responses into your emails, reports, or slides without any manual cleanup efforts.
Use AI to review document request responses
You now have the option to have Link, Intralinks' AI component, scan documents that are uploaded in response to document requests, to ensure the documents contain the information you require.
Entity management
You can give members of your deal team entity management privileges. Entity administrators can create new deals, add other entity managers and manage contacts.
