Updates to the Intralinks End User Agreement

On July 17, 2025, Intralinks updated the terms of our End User Agreement.  All customers accessing Intralinks services must accept the updated terms when logging in. This step only needs to be completed once. Customers who have not previously provided their first and last name will be prompted to do so, ensuring we have accurate identification information recorded for support purposes and enabling us to better personalize our customer communications.

What changed in our End User Agreement?

We added:

  • An amendment to support termination of connections to Intralinks services where misuse/system overburden is detected.
  • Additional provisions governing API key usage to mitigate the risk of unauthorized sharing.
