Note: This article applies to issues with the chat available in our Support Center. If you are having an issue with the chat in an Intralinks product, please see this article.
Intralinks recently updated our Support Center chat messaging and search features to provide you with a more robust and informative experience.
As a result of the change, some users may experience a temporary issue with loading / connecting to the chat or seeing generative search results.
If you click the chat icon / enter a search query and find that the interface doesn't load or an error message appears, please contact your internal IT team for assistance.
They'll need to add the URLs below to your organization's allowlist so that your system can connect to the new server.
