In-app messaging lets you communicate with GPs without leaving the application.
How to send a new message
- Click Message in the upper right corner.
- Click New Message.
- In the Choose and account field, choose an account to which you are associated. By default, the recipients of the message will be all GP users related to the portal on which the account is located.
- In the Subject field, enter a meaningful title.
- Click Message.
- Enter the message and click the send icon.
How to view and respond to existing messages
- Click Message in the upper right corner.
- Click the message you want to view.
- Use the scroll bar on the right to view the conversation.
- (Optional.) To respond to the message, in the Write a message field, enter your response and click the send icon.
- (Optional.) To mark a message as unread, hover over the message in the left panel, click the three dots menu, and select Mark as unread.
How to view unread messages
- Click Message in the upper right corner.
- If there is a number shown in a message on the right, it means those are the number of unread messages. Click the message.
- Click You have unread messages.
