You add, edit, and delete funds as well as add investments to them.
How to add a fund
- From the Entity menu, select Funds.
- Click Add Fund.
- Enter the fund details. Required fields are indicated by asterisks.
- Click Save.
How to edit fund details
- From the Entity menu, select Funds.
- Click the fund name.
- Make and changes.
- Click Save.
How to delete a fund
Funds can be deleted if they do not have any associations with it, for example, investments, document templates, onboardings, and so on.
- From the Entity menu, select Funds.
- Click the fund name.
- From the three dots menu, select Delete.
- Click Confirm.
How to add an investment
- From the Entity menu, select Funds.
- Click the fund name.
- Click Investments.
- In the Investor field, select the investor.
- In the Account field, select the account.
- In the Fund field, select the fund.
- Click Save.
How to delete an investment from a fund
- From the Entity menu, select Funds.
- Click the fund name.
- Click Investments.
- Click the three dots menu for the required investment and select Delete.
- Click Confirm.
