In-app messaging lets you communicate with LPs without leaving the application. 

Icons_Approved.svg How to send a new message

  1. Click Message in the upper right corner.
  2. Click New Message.
  3. In the Send to field, select one of the following options:
    • User - Select this option to send a message to one or more users.
    • Investor - Select this option to send a message to one or more users at a particular investor.
  4. If you have select Investor, in the Investor field, select the investor.
  5. In the User field, select the users to which you want to send a message.
  6. In the Subject field, enter the subject of the message.
  7. Click Message.
  8. In the Write a message field, enter your message and click the send icon.

Icons_Approved.svg How to view and respond to existing messages

  1. Click Message in the upper right corner.
  2. Click the message you want to view.
  3. Use the scroll bar on the right to view the conversation.
  4. (Optional.) To respond to the message, in the Write a message field, enter your response and click the send icon.
  5. (Optional.) To mark a message as unread, hover over the message in the left panel, click the three dots menu, and select Mark as unread.
  6. (Optional.) To see other users that are included in a particular message, click the blue informational icon at the top of the message and a panel will open on the right side showing all users included in the conversation.

  1. Click Message in the upper right corner.
  2. If there is a number shown in a message on the right, it means those are the number of unread messages. Click the message. 
  3. Click You have unread messages.
