You can view and export notifications that failed to be delivered.

I want to

  • Export notifications that failed to be delivered

Steps

  1. Click Notifications in the left panel.
  2. Use the Status column to find failed notifications.
  3. Click on a notification that failed to be delivered.
  4. Click Download Undelivered.
  5. The Exported Items screen is displayed.
  6. Click the name of the export to download it. You can access the Exported Items screen at any time by clicking the down arrow next to your name and selecting Exported Items.
