All Intralinks messaging interactions are transcribed and sent to you via email at the end of your interaction. In addition, you can access your requested support tickets and those tickets that you have been copied on.
- Log in to the Intralinks Support Center.
- Click the down arrow next to your name and select Support Tickets.
- Click either the My Requests or the Requests I'm CC'd on tab.
- Click the Subject column of the ticket to open it and view the interaction.
