Sending document alerts - internal documents | DealCentre

You can send folder and file alerts for folders and files at any time. If you are sending alerts for multiple documents, the alert will only reference documents that the recipient has permission to view.

  1. From the Documents menu, select either Preparation of Diligence.
  2. Use one of the following options:
    • To send an alert for a single folder or document, from the three dots menu in the row of the folder or document, select Send Alert.
    • To send an alert for multiple folders or documents, select the folders and documents. From the three dots menu in the menu bar, select Send Alert.
  3. In the Subject field, enter text for the subject line.
  4. (Optional.) In the Additional comments field, enter additional information about the folders and documents.
  5. In the Select users and groups to receive the document alert field, select either individual users or entire groups. When sending alerts in the preparation area, only advisors and sellers appear in the list. When sending alerts from the diligence area, all roles appear. When sending alerts from the Internal area, only advisors appear.
  6. Click Send Alert.
