You can check whether a welcome alert was sent to a user and when it was sent.

I want to

• See when a welcome alert was sent to a user

Steps

1. Click Users & Groups.
2. Click All users.
3. Search for the user.
4. Scroll right to view the Last Alert Sent Date column for the user. If the column is not displayed, click Manager Columns in the upper right and select Last Alert Sent Date and click Apply.
