What's changing?
As of January 2025, SS&C Intralinks is transitioning from V2 authentication API keys to V3. This is a change for the authentication step only. There are no changes for existing V2 VDR/VIA application APIs.
Key dates:
- 01 January 2025 - existing V2 API Keys will cease to function
- 01 April 2024 - SS&C Intralinks no longer issues V2 keys for new applications
- 01 July 2023 - all new applications launched since this date will have been issued a V3 authentication key
Do customers need to take any action?
Yes. A V2-authenticated application(s) must be replaced with V3, by 01 January 2025. Existing V2 keys remain operational until then.
Important: When introducing your V3 key, ensure your application(s) follows the latest authentication guidance; access our API Portal for full details and code samples. You’ll note that the login URL has changed.
