Running an applied permissions report | VDRPro

Applies to: Manager Plus, Hidden Manager Plus, Manager Limited, Publisher Plus, Reviewer Plus
 

The Applied Permissions report lists all the folders and documents on the VDR, along with the permissions assigned to them for each member group. 

I want to

• View permissions assigned to folders and documents

Steps

1. Click the Insights & Reporting tab.
2. Click Applied Permissions Report.
3. Click Run New Report. You will receive an email when the report is ready.
4. Refresh the page to view the report.
