You can view your user directory and manage your user base to address user dormancy. The User Management tab shows a list of all users in your organization You can suspend or unsuspend users.
When you suspend a user, the user's access is revoked from all Intralinks applications, that is, they cannot login or access any containers (virtual data rooms, deals, and so on). They can receive invites to products, but they cannot access them.
When you unsuspend a user, the user regains access to all prior applications and containers (virtual data rooms, deals, and so on.)
Your contract determines which features are available and which roles can access them. Note that compliance admins only have view rights to the available features.
How to suspend users
- Click User Management.
- (Optional.) Use the Search field to search for a user.
- In the Actions column, click the suspend icon. Note if the user is already suspended, the icon will not be available.
- In the Reason field select a reason. If you select Other, enter the reason in the Enter Other Reason field.
- Click Save.
How to unsuspend users
- Click User Management.
- (Optional.) Use the Search field to search for a user.
- In the Actions column, click the unsuspend icon. Note if the user is already unsuspended, the icon will not be available.
- In the Reason field select a reason. If you select Other, enter the reason in the Enter Other Reason field.
- Click Save.
