Hiding/showing the document creation and modification dates | VDRPro

You can determine whether reviewers can view the date and time each document was added to the exchange, as well as the date and time that it was most recently updated.

I want to

  • Hide/show document creation and modification dates to reviewers

Steps

  1. From within the exchange, from the Settings menu, select Exchange Settings.
  2. In the Document area, click Management.
  3. Select one of the following options:
    • To show the document creation and modification dates, turn the Hide Document Creation and Modification Dates from Reviewers setting on (the setting will be green).
    • To hide the document creation and modification dates, turn the Hide Document Creation and Modification Dates from Reviewers setting off (the setting will be gray).
