Each time you visit Intralinks VIA Pro, you will be asked to log in by entering your email address and password. This is to ensure that you see only the documents that are relevant to you. You have a single set of credentials that allows you to access all Workspaces that you participate in and allows you to log in to all Intralinks products to which you have access. Having the same login credentials for all products allows you to switch to another application without entering your login credentials again.
If your organization uses Intralinks’ Single Sign-On (SSO), you will be asked to log into your corporate network, rather than Intralinks, when you display the Intralinks VIA Pro login page. If you are already logged into the corporate network, Intralinks VIA Pro is displayed automatically. While you are logged into the corporate network, you will not have to enter your Intralinks VIA Pro credentials to view Workspaces or protected documents that you have downloaded, unless you access a Workspace that uses enhanced security, and the security rules require you to enter your credentials.
For security reasons, it is important that you do not share your password with others.
