Answer
You may have been put on the list of users that should not receive emails (also known as the suppression list). This can occur for the following reasons:
- Your domain name is incorrect.
- Your email address is incorrect.
- You have clicked on Unsubscribe in the email.
- You have been identified as spam. This can occur if your email is rejected several times by your company's firewall settings or by your spam filtering.
- You deleted the email without opening it. To prevent this problem from occurring, it is recommended that you open all emails received from Intralinks.
