You can view archives to which you have been given access. To request access to an archive, contact the DealVault administrator.

  • View a DealVault archive

Viewing DealVault archives

  1. Open DealVault.

    If you are not logged into Intralinks already, go to https://services.intralinks.com/dealvault/.

    If you are logged into Intralinks, use the App Switcher icon App Switcher icon.png to open DealVault.

  2. In DealVault, display the archive you want.
  3. The following tabs are available:
    • Documents - List of documents in the same structure as the VDR.
    • Users and Groups - If requested, a list of all users and groups at the time the archive was created.
    • Reports - A Microsoft Excel copy of each report at the time the archive was created. Audit trail reports are located in the Doc-Audit folder.
    • Q&A - If requested, Excel documents that contain questions and their history and a folder that contains all attached documents.
    • Archive Details - Displays archive metadata.
    • Archive Access - This tab appears only if you are an archive administrator. Administrator users can use this tab to control who has access to the archive and what their role is: Administrator or Viewer.
    • Secure Share - This tab appears only if you are an archive administrator.
