When you close a deal, deal documents are deleted and you cannot do or change anything in the deal. Only Advisors will be able to see the deal by toggling on the Show Hidden and Closed Deals option. Buyers and sellers will not be able to see the deal.
Note: When you close a deal, it is closed immediately.

How to close a deal
- To close a deal, select one of the following options:
- From the Deals tab, click in the row of the deal you want to close. From the three dots menu, select Close Deal.
- From the Deals tab, click the deal name of the deal you want to close, From the three dots menu, select Close Deal.
- In the Tell Us More About the Deal section, enter details about the deal.
- Click Close Deal. The deal is closed immediately.
