Newly Added Users
You can prevent newly added users from being removed for a specified number of days. This can be useful if both your system of record and Intralinks are being updated at the same time and the information in Intralinks is more up to date than the system of record.
- To specify a protection period for new users, enter or select a number using the Protection Period (days) pull-down menu.
Newly Removed Users
You can also protect users who have removed themselves from exchanges or who have been removed by others from being re-added to an exchange for a specified period of time.
