The Security Dashboard is a tool within the Admin Portal that consolidates and communicates critical information for monitoring and assessing the Intralinks ecosystem's security posture in near real-time. Reports can monitor and exports reports about their Intralinks user base and analyze data related to who logged in and from where.

Information in charts and exports is updated every hour. Time is displayed in the timezone set in your account profile.

When you open this page, data for the last 30 days is displayed. A time filter can be applied for different selections. Data is available back to October 15, 2023.

User Base and Users by Last Login

The User Base chart and Users by Last Login table show users' current status. Active Users have logged in within the last 100 days, and Inactive Users last logged in more than 100 days ago. Never Logged In users have accounts but have not logged since November 2021. Suspended users have been suspended by an Intralinks administrator.

The Last Login table shows the 25 users with the most recent logins. You can filter users by status. The CSV export contains all your organization's users.

Access Origins by Login and Unique Users by Country

The Access Origins by Login map shows countries with the number of logins by country.

Unique Users by Country displays the countries where the most unique users are logging in. Up to 25 countries are displayed. The CSV export contains data for all countries.

Top Domains and Top Domain Table

The Top Domains chart shows the domains from which the most users in your organization are logging in. Up to 10 domains are displayed.

The Top Domains table shows the most active domains within your organization based on the number of logins by users associated with each domain. Up to 25 domains are displayed. Total Users and Active Users are current as of the most recent update shown at the top of the screen. The CSV export contains information for all domains associated with your organization.

Filter report

  1. Click the Dashboard tab.
  2. (Optional.) To filter by date range, in the Date Range field, click the calendar icon. Select the range by which you want to filter and click Apply.
  3. (Optional.) To filter by user status, in the User Status field select the users you want to report on - active users, inactive users, users that have never logging in.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. (Optional.) To clear all filters, click Clear All.
  6. (Optional.) To view which filters have been applied, click the filter icon at the top of a widget.

Download report

  1. Click the Dashboard tab.
  2. From the three dots menu, select Download, then select either Export to full CSV or Download as image. Images are downloaded as JPG files.

Use fullscreen

To view a widget in fullscreen mode, click the three dots menu and select Enter fullscreen. To exit fullscreen mode, click the three dots menu and select Exit fullscreen.
