Making a deal live | DealCentre AI

You can only make a deal live after a sales contract is signed. If the Go Live button is not available, contact your sales representative to complete the contract process. 

You can make a deal live from multiple areas in DealCentre AI: the deals list slideout panel, the Overview page, the Diligence page, and a pop-up is shown when deal administrators log in for the first time after the contract is signed.

How to make a deal live from the deals list

1. Click the DealCentre AI icon in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list.
2. Click the deal row.

3. Click Go Live in the right panel. 

   Email notifications will be sent to users who have been given access to the deal and deal documents.

How to make a deal live from Overview page

1. Click the DealCentre AI icon in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list.
2. Click the deal name.

3. From the Summary panel on the right, click Go Live. 

   Email notifications will be sent to users who have been given access to the deal and deal documents.

How to make a deal live from Diligence area

1. Click the DealCentre AI icon in the upper left corner of the screen to display the deals list. 
2. Click the deal name.
3. Click the Diligence icon in the left panel.

4. Click Go Live. 

   Email notifications will be sent to users who have been given access to the deal and deal documents.
