Applies to: Advisors
Deal team members are the people within your organization (internal users) who are responsible for creating and managing deals in DealCentre and they are added to the Deal Admin group. There is only one Deal Admin group.
Sellers are key stakeholders who are responsible for uploading and organizing documentation. They can upload documents to the preparation area and add and manage folders and documents in preparation. They cannot push documents to diligence or add or manager users. The seller group must be added before adding buyer groups. There is only one Seller group. The seller group cannot be deleted. You can only remove people from it and rename it.
Buyers are users that are granted access to the diligence area. They cannot upload or manage documents or add or manager users. Buyer users cannot belong to more than one buyer group or subgroup.
Note: If you are not ready to add buyers, you can create an empty buyer group. Creating an empty buyer group will allow you to set permissions for the group in advance.
For information about adding contacts (people to which you will send marketing materials), see Managing contacts.

How to manage deal team members
Deal team members are the people within your organization (internal users) who are responsible for creating and managing deals in DealCentre. They belong to your DealCentre entity. Deal team members' email addresses must belong to a domain that is owned by your organization.
You can also add deal team members that are not part of your DealCentre entity. They must have an IAM-approved domain for that entity. They will be able to see all information within the deal and perform all of the same actions within the deal that other deal team members can perform.

- Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite, separated by spaces, commas or semicolons. Only users in your organization's domain can be added.

Any deal team member can delete another deal team member. This is useful, for example, if an advisor has left the firm, the user's email address was incorrectly added, and so on.
