A landing page is associated with a campaign and is what the investors see when they click on the link in the teaser email. The teaser is used to send emails to the LPs about new opportunities that they may want to invest in. Teasers can be sent to any contact in the contacts page.

Only LPs that have an Intralinks account can view landing pages. If an LP does not have an account, they can request access. GPs can decide whether to grant access. For more information on granting access, see Responding to approval requests.

Create a landing page

  1. From the Marketing menu, select Landing Pages.
  2. Click Add Landing Page.
  3. In the Draft Name field, enter a name for the draft.
  4. In the Assigned Campaign field, select the campaign to which the landing page applies.
  5. Select Blank Page or select another landing page to use as a starting place.
  6. Click Create.
  7. Use the toolbar to edit the landing page details. 
  8. Click Change.
  9. To add an image or video, click Add New Section and select Add Image or Add Video. A list of the images or videos that are available in the reference documents area are displayed. Select the image or video you want to display on the landing page.
  10. To add a text section, click Add New Session, enter the text, and click Change.
  11. To move items on the page, drag and drop them in the new location.
  12. To delete a section, click the x in the left corner of the section, and click Confirm.
  13. To save without publishing the landing page, click Save, or to make the landing page visible to other users, click Publish, then click Confirm. To view the landing page, click Public Page Preview.

Publish/unpublish a landing page

Publishing a landing page makes the page visible to other users. The terms publish and unpublish are used interchangeably with activate and deactivate. Only one landing page can be published at any given time.

You can publish/unpublish or activate/deactivate a landing page in several ways:

  • From the Marketing menu, click Campaigns, then select the campaign.
    • In the Landing Page section of the Dashboard tab, click Activate Landing Page if a landing page has not been activated or View All to deactivate the current landing page and optionally activate another landing page.
    • On the list of landing pages, use the toggle in the Publish column to activate and deactivate landing pages.
  • From the Marketing menu, click Landing Pages. Use the toggle in the Publish column to activate and deactivate landing pages.
  • When you create a landing page, you can publish it directly by clicking Publish.

Preview a landing page

You can preview just the landing page sections that are public or preview both public and private sections. Public sections can be viewed by any user with an Intralinks account. Private sections can only be viewed by Fundraising portal registered users. You can preview a landing page several different ways:

  • From the Marketing menu, click Campaigns, then select the campaign. In the Landing Page section of the Dashboard tab, click Preview or Public Page Preview
  • For landing pages that are not active, from the  Marketing menu, click Landing Pages, then select the landing page. Click Preview or Public Page Preview.
  • For landing pages that are active, from the Marketing menu, click Landing Pages, then select the landing page. In the Landing Page section of the Dashboard tab, click Preview or Public Page Preview.

Delete a landing page

Only unpublished landing pages can be deleted. 

  1. From the Marketing menu, select Landing Pages.
  2. Click the landing page that you want to delete.
  3. From the three dots menu, select Delete.
  4. Click Confirm.

Export landing pages

You can export data in CSV format and then download it from the Exported Items page. Exporting the data allows you to customize reports in Microsoft Excel.

  1. From the entity grid of the entity that you want to export, click Export
  2. In the Exported Items page, click the name of the export that you want to download.

Add a teaser

  1. From the Marketing menu, select Teasers.
  2. Click Add Draft.
  3. (Optional.) Select a template to use.
  4. In the Subject field, enter the purpose of the teaser.
  5. In the Campaign field, select the campaign to which this teaser applies.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Enter the body of the email including a link to the landing page and click Save & Continue.  
  8. Select the contacts to which you want to send the teaser:
    • In the Select recipients by field select Contacts, Companies, or Teams.
    • Select the contacts, companies, or teams to which you want to send the teaser.
  9. Click Save & Continue.
  10. Click Send.

View teasers that have been sent

  1. From the Marketing menu, select Teasers.
  2. Click Sent in the left panel.

View all recipients that have received the teaser

The all recipients list shows the names of the contacts that have received the teaser and how many teasers they have received. This information is useful for deciding whether to sent another teaser.

  1. From the Marketing menu, select Teasers.
  2. Click All Recipients.

Resend a teaser

  1. From the Marketing menu, select Teasers.
  2. Click Sent.
  3. In the Teaser Subject field, click the teaser name.
  4. Click Resend.

Edit a teaser

  1. From the Marketing menu, select Teasers.
  2. Click Drafts in the left panel.
  3. In the Teaser Subject column, click the teaser name.
  4. Make updates to the teaser body and click Save & Continue.
  5. Select the people to which you want to send the teaser and click Save & Continue.
  6. Click Send.

Export teasers

You can export data in CSV format and then download it from the Exported Items page. Exporting the data allows you to customize reports in Microsoft Excel.

  1. From the entity grid of the entity that you want to export, click Export
  2. In the Exported Items page, click the name of the export that you want to download.
