FundCentre Fundraising includes default templates for general and document notifications. You can customize these templates. You can also create teaser and campaign consent templates.

There are several types of templates available in Fundraising. View this video for a walkthrough on how to manage templates in your Fundraising portal.
How to customize a default template
- From the Profile menu, select Templates.
Expand the General or Document category in the left panel and click the template that you want to customize. These templates include welcome emails, login consent, privacy notices, contact us, terms, and document notifications.
Note: After you save changes to a template, there is no option to automatically reset the template back to the default language.
Make any changes.
Note: You can use merge fields to customize the notification. Click the information icon next to Merge Fields to see which fields are available for a given template. To use a merge field, enter the field name in double curly brackets, for example, {{EmailAddress}}.
(Optional.) You can add an image or brand logo.
- Place the cursor where you want to insert the image.
- From the formatting toolbar, click the image icon.
- In the Source field, select and upload the image. You can add images up to 1 MB.
- (Optional.) Enter an alternative description or adjust the image width and height.
- Click Save.
Note: The total image size per template is limited to 50Kb.
- (Optional.) To send a test email to the GP Admin user, click Send Test Email. This option is available for welcome templates and documentation notification templates.
- Click Save.
How to add a teaser template
- From the Profile menu, select Templates.
- Click Add Templates.
- In the Type field, select Teaser.
- In the Name field, enter a descriptive name for the template.
- In the Subject field, enter the subject of the email.
- Click Save.
- Enter the body of the email. It is recommended that you include a link to the landing page associated with this teaser.
In the Email to receive replies field, enter the email address that you want potential investors to use to send inquires about the investment.
Note: This email address applies to all teaser templates. If you change it for one template, it updates in all teaser templates.
- Click Confirm.
- Click Save.

How to add a campaign consent template
Users logging in for the first time are prompted to accept the campaign consent after they accept the login consent. On subsequent logins, users are prompted again only if a new consent request exists.
You can track which users have accepted the campaign request by selecting Marketing > Campaigns, clicking the campaign, and clicking the Consents tab or by selecting Entity > Contacts, clicking the contact name and clicking Consents.
Note: You cannot accept a consent on behalf of an LP.
- From the Profile menu, select Templates.
- Click Add Templates.
- In the Type field, select Campaign Consent.
- In the Name field, enter a descriptive name for the template.
- In the Campaign field, enter the campaign to which this template applies.
- Click Save.
- (Optional.) To require campaign consent, move the Campaign consent required toggle to the right.
- Enter the body of the consent form.
- Click Save.
How to edit a custom template
- From the Profile menu, select Templates.
- In the left panel, expand the template category and click the edit icon for the template that you want to edit.
Make any changes.
Note: Changes to the Email to receive replies field in a teaser template will apply to all teaser templates.
- Click Save.
How to delete a custom template
- From the Profile menu, select Templates.
- In the left panel, expand the template category and click the delete icon for the template you want to delete.
- Click Confirm.
