FundCentre Fundraising has default templates for general and document notifications that you can customize. You can also add teaser templates.

Icons_Approved.svg How to customize a default template

  1. From the Profile menu, select Templates.
  2. Expand the General or Document category in the left panel and click on the template that you want to customize.
  3. Make any changes.

    Note: You can use merge fields to customize the notification. Click the information icon next to Merge Fields to see which fields are available for a given template. To use a merge field, enter the field name surrounded by a double set of curly brackets, for example, {{EmailAddress}}

  4. Click Save.

  1. From the Profile menu, select Templates.
  2. Click Add Templates.
  3. In the Type field, select Teaser.
  4. In the Name field, enter a descriptive name for the template.
  5. In the Subject field, enter the subject of the email.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Enter the body of the email. It is recommended that you include a link to the landing page associated with this teaser.
  8. Click Save.

  1. From the Profile menu, select Templates.
  2. Expand the Teaser category in the left panel and click on the template that you want to edit.
  3. Make any changes.
  4. Click Save.

  1. From the Profile menu, select Templates.
  2. Expand the Teaser category in the left panel and click the delete icon in front of the teaser that you want to delete.
  3. Click Confirm.
