Copying and pasting documents to another exchange | VDRPro

Depending on your role and how your VDR was set up, you may not be able to perform this task.

You can copy any document or folder and paste it into another exchance if you have the rights to add folders and documents in that exchange. (That is, if you are a manager or publisher on the exchange where you want to paste the items.)

• Copy a document or folder to another exchange

Steps

1. Click the Documents tab at the top of the screen.
2. Select the document(s) or folder(s) you want to copy.
3. Click Copy To An Exchange. 
4. Select the exchange to which you want to copy the files.
5. Select the location within the exchange to which you want to copy the files and click Paste.
