Copying and pasting documents to another VDR | VDRPro

Depending on your role and how your VDR was set up, you may not be able to perform this task.

You can copy any document or folder and paste it into another VDR if you have the rights to add folders and documents in that VDR. (That is, if you are a manager or publisher on the VDR where you want to paste the items.)

Note: The terms VDR and exchange are used interchangeably in Intralinks products.

• Copy a document or folder to another VDR

Steps

1. Click the Documents tab at the top of the screen.
2. Select the document(s) or folder(s) you want to copy.
3. Click Copy To An Exchange. 
4. Select the VDR to which you want to copy the files.
5. Select the location within the VDR to which you want to copy the files and click Paste.
