How are VDR documents counted for billing purposes?
Answer
PDF files count actual PDF pages.
Page counts are calculated for all other file types, based on file type and size of file. The calculated counts are used for billing only.
Current KB/Page conversion ratios are:
Microsoft Word - 8 KB/page
Microsoft Excel - 8 KB/page
All other file types - 60 KB/page
