The Document Count report shows details about all the documents in the data room. It contains folder and document sizes and page counts for current and deleted documents. The report has two Excel spreadsheets:

• Current document list - lists all documents in the data room and size and page count for each file and folder.
• Deleted document list - lists all deleted documents and the size and page count of each document. It does not contain folder information.

Note: This report is not intended to be used for billing analysis because contractual agreements may affect how documents are accessed for billing.

I want to

• View the size and page count for files and folders
• View documents that have been deleted

Steps

1. From within the exchange, click Insights & Reporting.
2. Click Reports.
3. Click Document Count.
4. Click Download to download the report.
5. Open the report in Excel.
