When you receive an email with a document, such as a teaser or NDA, regarding a transaction that you might be interested in, you will either receive a link to the document or receive the document as an attachment in the email.

I want to

• Respond to an outreach email

Steps

1. In the email that you received, click Review Documents.
2. Depending on how the documents were sent, either click on the link and enter the password if required, or download the document.
3. In the Respond to Counterparty field, click Pass or Pursue.
