Most InView screens are set up using a grid format that can be customized, filtered, and exported. In addition, once you have configured the way you want the grids to be displayed, you can save the configuration as a view. You can save as many views as you need and switch among them as necessary.

Steps
Customizing the grid
- (Optional.) To select which fields, that is, columns to display, click the field chooser icon .
- Click Manage Columns.
- Select or deselect the fields you want to display.
- Click and drag the column name to change the order in which the columns are displayed.
- Click Preview to use the settings without saving them, or to use this view at a later time, click Save this View, enter a name for the view, and click Save.
- (Optional.) To configure the amount of space between rows, use the Compact Rows slider. When slide to the right, there is less space between the rows. When slid to the left, there is more space between the rows.
- (Optional.) To switch the background from white to dark grey, from the Profile menu, click Theme.
Saving and using saved views
To save a view, including the column configuration, whether the rows are compacted, and the background color:
- Click the field chooser icon .
- Click Save this View.
- Enter a name for the view.
- Click Save.
To change the view you are using:
- Click the field chooser icon .
- Click Saved Views.
- Mark the view you want to use.
- (Optional.) Click the trashcan icon to delete a view.
Exporting the grid
If the grid is filtered when you export it, the grid will be exported with the filtered view. You can export only the page you are on or all pages. You can export a maximum of 10,000 rows. Click the Export button in the top right of the screen. The grid is exported to a CSV file.
