You can add users to a Workspace or shared folder through the VIA for iOS app.

  • Add participants to a Workspace or shared folder

Steps

Add participants to Workspace

  1. On the main Workspaces list, swipe the Workspace name halfway to the left.
  2. Tap the Shared with icon. 
  3. Tap Edit on the upper right.
  4. Tap Add User at the bottom.
  5. On the next screen:
    • Enter a user's email address. You can add multiple users at one time by tapping Return after each email address. 
    • You can also click the icon to select users from your device's contacts.
  6. Select the role. 
    Note: If adding multiple users, they will all get the same role. To add a user with a different role, you can complete the steps again. 
  7. (Optional) Tap the Message field and enter text. This text will appear in the Workspace invitation email the users receive. 
  8. Tap Share.
  9. Tap OK in the confirmation message to return to the participants list.

Share a Workspace folder

  1. Tap a Workspace to open it.
  2. Next, swipe the folder name halfway to the left.
  3. Tap the Shared with icon. 
  4. Tap Edit on the upper right.
  5. Tap Add User at the bottom.
  6. Tap Share Folder.
  7. On the next screen:
    • Enter a user's email address. You can add multiple users at one time by tapping Return after each email address. 
    • You can also click the icon to select users from your device's contacts.
  8. Select the role.

  10. Tap Share.
