You can add users to a Workspace or shared folder through the VIA for iOS app.
I want to
- Add participants to a Workspace or shared folder
Steps
Add participants to Workspace
- On the main Workspaces list, swipe the Workspace name halfway to the left.
- Tap the Shared with icon.
- Tap Edit on the upper right.
- Tap Add User at the bottom.
- On the next screen:
- Enter a user's email address. You can add multiple users at one time by tapping Return after each email address.
- You can also click the + icon to select users from your device's contacts.
- Select the role.
Note: If adding multiple users, they will all get the same role. To add a user with a different role, you can complete the steps again. - (Optional) Tap the Message field and enter text. This text will appear in the Workspace invitation email the users receive.
- Tap Share.
- Tap OK in the confirmation message to return to the participants list.
Share a Workspace folder
- Tap a Workspace to open it.
- Next, swipe the folder name halfway to the left.
- Tap the Shared with icon.
- Tap Edit on the upper right.
- Tap Add User at the bottom.
- Tap Share Folder.
- On the next screen:
- Enter a user's email address. You can add multiple users at one time by tapping Return after each email address.
- You can also click the + icon to select users from your device's contacts.
- Select the role.
