You can immediately publish or unpublish a document to make it available or unavailable to limited partner. When you publish a document, an alert email is sent to the users that are permissioned to the document. Unpublishing a document makes it unavailable to users but keeps it on the system. You can publish and unpublish individual documents or all documents associated with a posting.

Steps
Publishing a document
- In the left pane, click Documents.
- In the line of the document that you want to publish, click the vertical dot menu and select either Publish & Send Notifications or Publish Without Notifications.
If a workflow has been created for publishing documents, and you are not configured to publish documents, this option will not be available. The only option will be Upload Without Publishing.
Unpublishing a document
- In the left pane, click Documents.
- In the line of the document that you want to publish, click the vertical dot menu and select Unpublish.
Publishing documents associated with a posting
- In the left pane, click Postings.
- Locate and click the Posting Name that you want to publish.
- Click Publish.
If a workflow has been created for publishing documents, and you are not configured to publish documents, this option will not be available. The only option will be Upload Without Publishing.
- Check Send Notifications if you want to send notifications for the posting.
- Click Confirm.
Unpublishing documents associated with a posting
- In the left pane, click Postings.
- Locate and click the Posting Name that you want to unpublish.
- Click Unpublish.
