You can immediately publish or unpublish a document to make it available or unavailable to limited partner. When you publish a document, an alert email is sent to the users that are permissioned to the document. Unpublishing a document makes it unavailable to users but keeps it on the system. You can publish and unpublish individual documents or all documents associated with a posting.

Steps

Publishing a document

  1. In the left pane, click Documents.
  2. In the line of the document that you want to publish, click the vertical dot menu and select either Publish & Send Notifications or Publish Without Notifications.

    If a workflow has been created for publishing documents, and you are not configured to publish documents, this option will not be available. The only option will be Upload Without Publishing.

Unpublishing a document

  1. In the left pane, click Documents.
  2. In the line of the document that you want to publish, click the vertical dot menu and select Unpublish.

Publishing documents associated with a posting

  1. In the left pane, click Postings.
  2. Locate and click the Posting Name that you want to publish.
  3. Click Publish.

    If a workflow has been created for publishing documents, and you are not configured to publish documents, this option will not be available. The only option will be Upload Without Publishing.

  4. Check Send Notifications if you want to send notifications for the posting.
  5. Click Confirm.

Unpublishing documents associated with a posting

  1. In the left pane, click Postings.
  2. Locate and click the Posting Name that you want to unpublish.
  3. Click Unpublish.
