You can view and download documents directly from the GP portal. You can open documents in the viewer or download them to your device. The portal supports bulk download, which allows you to download up to 1000 documents at once as a ZIP file. You can view the following file types: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PPG, JPEG, and PNG.

Steps

Viewing a document

1. In the left pane, click Documents.
2. Click the document you want to view.
3. Scroll past the document details to preview the first page of the document.
4. (Optional.) Click Show in Viewer to view the document.

Downloading a single document

1. In the left pane, click Documents.
2. To download a single document, click the three dots menu next to the document.
3. Select Download.

Downloading documents in bulk

1. In the left pane, click Documents.
2. Select the checkbox next to each document you want to download.
3. Select Download from the bottom menu bar.
4. Enter a name for the ZIP file.
5. Select Confirm.

6. From the Documents Download screen, click the file name to download the ZIP file.

   Note: You can download the ZIP file if the Status is Completed Success or Completed Partial Success.
