You can request that limited partners consent to receiving documents electronically either on the document and investment level or on the portal level. If you choose to request consent on the portal level, limited partners will only have to consent once for all investments in the same portal.
You can configure document consent to expire annually on a particular date, after a specified number of days, or to not expire. Global consent must be turned on and configured by an Intralinks Support Administrator.
