Resetting a user's password | InvestorVision

When a user asks for help with a password, you can send a reset password email if that user is stored in the PET database. Passwords for users stored in the Intralinks database must be reset by Intralinks Support.

I want to

  • Reset a user's password


  1. In the navigation pane on the left, click Users.
  2. Click the checkbox in front of the user(s) whose password you want to reset.
  3. Click Reset Password Email.
