When a general partner requests a document from you, you will receive both an email notification and a notification when you log in. You can upload these documents directly into InvestorVision.

Note: Any file type is supported. The maximum recommended file size for a given upload is 1 GB. A file larger than 1 GB cannot be viewed or downloaded by LPs.

I want to

  • Upload a document to InvestorVision

Steps

  1. Display the document request. You can do this in either of the following ways:
    • Select Documents tab and click View next to the Requested Documents notification, or
    • Click the down arrow next to your username and click Upload Document View.
  2. Click Upload to submit a document for a new request or click Replace to update an earlier document submission.
  3. Click Select File. Only one file can be selected for a request. If you need to provide multiple documents, place them in a ZIP folder before uploading.
  4. After you select the file, click Upload & Submit.
