Pop-up Blocker
To display documents in InvestorVision, you must disable pop-up blockers. A message is displayed if pop-up blockers are not disabled, instructing you to disable them.
Safe senders list
Add the following URLs to the safe senders list:
- intralinks.com
- investorvision.io
- content-storage.intralinks.com
Add the following email address to the safe senders list:
- noreply@pevisionintegration.com
Editing the login consent page
The login consent page is a page that is displayed when a user logs in to the portal. It can contain an NDA or other legal agreement that the user must agree to before accessing the portal. The login consent page is enabled by default. If you do not customize the language, the default login consent page will be displayed. If you change the language, you will need to contact Intralinks Customer Support to enable the changes.
- Click the down arrow next to your user name and select Templates.
- Click Login Consent.
- Make any changes to the text and click Save.
- Contact Intralinks Customer support to enable the changes.
Adding a banner on the limited partner page
You can add a banner to the limited partner page that contains information that you want the limited partners to be aware of.
- Click the down arrow next to your user name and select LP Banner.
- In the Message field, enter the banner text. Use the formatting buttons to add bold, italic, underline, and bulleted or numbered lists.
- (Optional.) To add a link to an external URL, enter the URL, select the text, and click the link icon. Make any changes and click Save.
- Click Save.
The banner will not be displayed on the limited partner page until you publish it.
- Use the slider to publish the banner.
Configuring the types of documents limited partners can see
When you permission limited partner users to an investment you are giving them permission to view the documents associated with this investment. The document types that they can view are those associated with role that you assign them for this investment, ensuring that they only see the types of documents that they need to see. For example, accountants may only need to see tax documents.
You can customize which document types each user assigned a particular limited partner role can see. In addition, you can change the display name of the default document types and add custom data types.
Configuring document types
- Click the down arrow next to your user name and select LP Roles.
- In the upper right, click Configure Doc Types.
- To add a document type, click the plus icon in the document group to which you want to add a type and enter the document type.
- To edit the display name, click the pencil icon next to the document type and enter how you want the document type to be displayed in the user interface.
Customizing the document types user can see
- Click the down arrow next to your user name and select LP Roles.
- For each category in the Doc Group column, select the limited partner roles (principal, legal, financial, tax, or operations) that can view the document types in this group.
Changing the default limited partner role names
You can change the default limited partner role names to match the terminology your company uses.
- Click the role name you want to change in the header row.
- Edit the role name.
- Press Enter.
