No option to create Workspaces | VIA Pro for the Web

Why don't I have an option to create new Workspaces?


To create new VIA Workspaces, you must be a provisioned account holder. 

A designated VIA administrator from your organization can grant you this access at their discretion. 

If you know who your VIA administrator is, please contact that person to discuss your access.

If you don't know your administrator, get in touch with us. Our Support team will be happy to help with identifying the appropriate contact for you.

  • If you currently have the owner role on a VIA Workspace, the provisioned account holder who created the Workspace may have invited you and assigned that role. When you create your own Workspaces, you will automatically assume the owner role on all of them.
  • If you are a VIA administrator, this role doesn't give you automatic rights to create Workspaces. However, you can provision an account for yourself. See Creating a single Intralinks VIA Pro account.
