Keynote and Axure files download in ZIP format | VIA Pro for the Web

Issue

I'm using Google Chrome and I'm downloading Keynote and Axure files from a VIA Workspace. 

But the files are downloading as ZIPs instead of their actual formats. And when I extract the ZIP files, I only see the various folders / files that are the components of the original Keynote or Axure files.

Cause

Different web browsers handle file types in different ways. Keynote (.key) and Axure (.rp) files are not supported in Intralinks VIA when accessed specifically through the Google Chrome browser.

Solution

To download these files in their correct formats, please try a different browser (Firefox, Safari) or sync the files locally using the VIA Desktop application.
