Your Intralinks profile requires at least one multi-factor authentication (MFA) method for identify verification. The options include text (SMS) and various authenticator apps for your mobile device.

If your organization restricts you from installing an authenticator app on your mobile device, you might be able to use either a desktop or browser-based app as an alternative.

This article outlines two common options.

I want to

  • Use an alternative multi-factor authentication option that I don't need to install on my mobile device.

About this task

Many different desktop and browser-based MFA apps are available online.

Intralinks does not recommend or promote one option over another.

If you need specific information on what apps you are permitted to use, please contact your internal IT team.
