You can export / download a list of your exchange's folders and documents to keep a detailed record of the content. If your exchange has indexing turned on, the exported file will include the index numbers.
I want to
- Export an Excel spreadsheet containing a list of the folders and documents
- From within the exchange, click Documents.
- From the More Actions menu, choose an option:
- Export Document List: Complete list of all the folders / documents you have access to.
- Export This View: List of the content that is currently visible on your screen.
The spreadsheet is downloaded to your computer.
